• For recurring services (like hosting or ongoing support), you’ll be billed as agreed in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

• Once you’ve paid in full, the final website, designs, or materials we’ve created for you are yours.

• Any tools, plugins, or licensed software we’ve used may remain under third-party licences.

• Our pre-existing materials, frameworks, and know-how remain our property.

5. Limitations of Liability

We work hard to deliver quality results, but:

• We can’t guarantee uninterrupted website uptime (as hosting and third-party platforms are outside our control).

• We are not liable for loss of profit, business, or data caused by external issues like hosting downtime, third-party plugin failures, or cyberattacks.

• Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us for the project in question.

6. Changes to Services

We may update our services, prices, or terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the updates here and, where relevant, notify you directly.

7. Cancelling a Project

If you wish to cancel:

• Work already completed must be paid for in full.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
  If we need to cancel, we’ll refund any payments for work not yet delivered.
