Refund Policy

At The Growth Lane, we aim to deliver outstanding results and value for every project. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with industry best practice.

1. Project Deposits

  • All deposits made before a project begins are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your project slot and cover initial planning and resource allocation.

2. Service-Based Projects

  • If you decide to stop a project after it has started, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any payments made beyond the value of completed work may be refunded at our discretion.

3. Digital Products & Licences

  • Fees paid for third-party services, plugins, or licences (such as hosting, domains, premium themes, or marketing tools) are non-refundable, as they are purchased from external providers.

4. Completed Projects

  • Once a project has been completed, approved, and delivered, payments are considered final and non-refundable.

  • This includes websites, branding, designs, and marketing campaigns.

5. Ongoing Services (Hosting, Support, Marketing)

  • Ongoing services are billed in advance.

  • Refunds are not available for unused portions of monthly or annual services.

  • If you cancel, services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

6. When Refunds May Apply

We may consider a partial refund if:

  • A significant part of the agreed scope has not been delivered.

  • Both parties agree that ending the project early is the best outcome.
